We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to develop and execute our business strategy, lead our team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals
  • Lead and manage a team of tour operators, guides, and customer service staff
  • Oversee daily operations, including tour planning, logistics, and customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of business growth and team management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with the Pakistani tourism market and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Certification in tourism or hospitality management
  • Experience with business development and marketing strategies
