We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to develop and execute our business strategy, lead our team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals
Lead and manage a team of tour operators, guides, and customer service staff
Oversee daily operations, including tour planning, logistics, and customer service
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a leadership role
Proven track record of business growth and team management
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Familiarity with the Pakistani tourism market and regulations
