We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and optimize company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and up-to-date.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of digital marketing processes, campaigns, and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
