Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify new leads in both UK and UAE markets through cold calling, email marketing, attending industry events, and utilizing online lead generation tools.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential customers to understand their business needs, fleet size, and pain points related to vehicle tracking and fleet management.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads for both hardware (vehicle tracking devices) and software (fleet management solutions) offerings.

Sales and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to specific UK and UAE market requirements and regulations.
  • Present the company's vehicle tracking devices and fleet management software solutions to potential customers through engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively address their concerns and questions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, while ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets for both UK and UAE territories.

Customer Support and Account Management:

  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients in both UK and UAE, addressing their queries and assisting with onboarding, device installation, and software training.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional devices, software features, and support services.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Performance and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement personal sales plans and monitor progress towards achieving set targets for both UK and UAE markets.
  • Generate accurate and timely sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Regularly participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews, demonstrating continuous learning and development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the telematics, vehicle tracking, and fleet management industry, particularly within UK and UAE markets.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of sales processes and marketing materials for both UK and UAE markets.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing, technical support, and other departments to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on technology or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle tracking devices and fleet management software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with UK and UAE business environments and regulations is highly desirable.
