Systems & Processes:

Assist line managers in establishing and implementation of Administrative Policies, Objectives, and Procedures.
Follow systems and procedures to complete official tasks.

Facility Management and Support Services:

Oversee all Repair & Maintenance, Utilities for office and Chinese residence to ensure smooth operations.

Travel, Transportation & Logistics:

Getting rates & quotations for Vehicle Repairing, Air Ticketing and Hotel Booking Arrangements.

Procurement and Vendors Management:

Do quality procurement for office and Chinese residence on best minimum cost with time efficiency.
Maintain a detailed list of vendors & tradespersons.
Manage an ethical productive relationship with vendors.
Maintain complete record of all procurement & maintenance activities for monthly reporting to line manager.

Expenses and Cost Approvals:

Seek expense and cost approvals from the line manager/ director operations with quotations and comparative statements.
Enter approval requests and payment applications with complete records in timely manners.
