1. Providing technical desktop support & solution to end users including Installing & Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
2. OS installation & Troubleshooting.
3. Troubleshoot Desktop/Laptop/MAC hardware problems. Configuration of Microtik router & CISCO Switches.
4. Managing the Enterprise Systems & coordinating with Support remotely for the resolution.
5. Support role in managing IT datacenter with Senior staff.
6. Providing technical support across the company with direct/remote user assistance.
7. IP Phone configuration CISCO SPA502G & Grand stream IP phones.
