Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving digital payment solutions and expanding merchant networks? Excel at creating strategies that enhance both merchant and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Identify and on-board new merchants, enhancing our network and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge payment solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior role within merchant acquiring and digital payments.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
Deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem and emerging technologies.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Banking, Fintech, (Wallets) Billing or Telecom Experience preferred.
