We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude toward customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, selling products or services, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a well-organized customer database and update records regularly.
  • Follow up on leads, track sales progress, and close deals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
  • Document and report sales activities and outcomes to the management team.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role (experience in customer service or retail can be a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication tools.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in telesales or cold calling.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (depending on company needs).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
