Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

3. Customer Service

  • Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products or services.
  • Handle complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Ensure clients and visitors feel valued and well-assisted.

4. Office Management

  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure a functional workspace.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier deliveries.
