Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies. As a Social Media Manager at ViseTech, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms of ViseTech and its clients to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling social media posts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation and presence on social media.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with the online community.
Develop and manage the social media budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Identify and evaluate new social media opportunities to enhance the company's online presence.
Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
