We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who enjoys engaging with people and solving issues. This role involves creating new customers and transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide expert answers to questions regarding products/services, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Report progress daily.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.
Working Hours:
- 6 pm to 3 am (Pakistan Standard Time) / 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Earn upto 150k (depending on your experience and Sales) Basic salary will be determined based on expertise following the final interview.
Location:
- Lahore: Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High School (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
