The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for handling specific logistics tasks, including managing records, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that all logistical needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks related to opening bank accounts and keeping records.
- Coordinate with external parties for contract signing and personnel hiring.
- Maintain and update records of all logistical activities.
- Assist the Logistics Manager with planning and prioritizing logistics tasks.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with record-keeping and compliance processes.
