We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our growing consulting business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who has strong design skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in executing various digital marketing strategies, focusing on creating engaging visual content and managing online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Management: Design and create YouTube thumbnails, upload videos with SEO optimization, and manage overall channel growth.
Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design: Design logos, brand kits, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management: Create eye-catching social media posts (graphics and copy) and schedule them across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Video Editing: Edit promotional videos and other multimedia content for various digital platforms.
SEO: Apply best practices in search engine optimization to improve content visibility across digital channels.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar marketing role.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
Video editing skills (using tools such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent).
Experience with SEO best practices and optimization for YouTube and websites.
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
