Accounts and Finance Duties and Responsibilities:

Record purchases, vendor bills and manage accounts payables.
Process vendor payments.
Coordinate with vendors regarding invoice and payment-related matters.
Record Invoices and manage accounts Receivable.
Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data.
Finalise bank reconciliations.
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and investigate problems.
Evaluate, analyse, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
Record expense vouchers and ensure timely disbursement of payments.

Taxation Duties and Responsibilities:

Finalise monthly sales tax return.
Ensure accurate deduction of WHT on payments made to Vendors.
Finalise and submit quarterly WHT statement.
Finalise income tax data.
Respond to FBR notices in correspondence with tax lawyer.

Imports Duties and Responsibilities:

Create import purchase orders.
Finalise all duties and taxes related to imports.
Correspond with bank to ensure timely receiving of documents.
Finalise all banking documentation like LC etc.
Monitor LC limits of different banks.
Correspond with clearing agent to ensure timely clearance of goods from port.
Finalise costings
