Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, and managing content across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our online community through trending and high-quality reels, stories, posts, and podcasts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts.
Produce and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other visual platforms.
Develop and manage podcast content, aligning with our brand's voice and objectives.
Monitor social media trends and capitalize on them with innovative content.
Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional events and campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with visual communication principles and graphic design software.
Strong skills in video content creation, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
Ability to produce and manage podcast content.
Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills.
