Job Title: Training Coordinator (Experience in Organizational Training and Development)

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR and department heads to identify training needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and resources.
  • Monitor and track employee progress and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive training strategy for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in organizational training and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and effective training programs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using training software and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
