We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BITRIX24 CRM Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience in CRM systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that improve our customer interactions and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system enhancements and new features.
Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM software applications, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Customize and configure the CRM platform to align with business workflows and user needs.
Integrate the CRM system with other business applications, such as Employee management Tools, HR Management, Marketing Automation Tools, Sales Automation & Sales Channel, and Customer Support Systems.
Develop and maintain CRM system documentation, including architecture, design, and implementation details.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and customizing CRM systems, with a focus on platforms such as Bitrix24.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in CRM development, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Experience with CRM system integration using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and data modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in CRM development or related fields are desirable.
