We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is adept at using various digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize emails, and draft responses as necessary.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and other projects.
  • Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain customer databases and records.

2.      Project Management:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to the team.

3.      Communication:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

4.      Content Management:

  • Assist with content creation, editing, and proofreading.
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
  • Update and maintain the company website and blog.

5.      Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and best practices in virtual assistance.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or project management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
