We are seeking an experienced Upwork Proposal Bidder Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive and effective proposals to win projects and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Write compelling and customized proposals that address client needs and project requirements
Develop strategies to improve proposal success rates and increase project wins
Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals to showcase relevant skills and experience
Maintain a high win rate by effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators
Follow up on submitted proposals and engage with clients to address any queries
Track and report on proposal performance, including success rates and feedback
