You will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all utility systems and services required for the facility. This includes managing resources like water, electricity, gas, HVAC, compressed air, and waste management systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and minimizing costs while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Utility Systems Operation:
- Oversee the operation of utility systems, including boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC systems, water treatment, and energy supply.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services to support production and facility operations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to achieve energy efficiency.
Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for utility equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
Energy Management:
- Analyze energy consumption data and identify opportunities for energy-saving initiatives.
- Develop and implement energy conservation programs and strategies.
- Monitor and manage utility costs to meet budget targets.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all utility systems comply with regulatory standards and environmental laws.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for utility operations.
- Implement training programs to ensure personnel are aware of safety protocols.
Project Management:
- Plan and execute projects related to utility system upgrades, expansions, or new installations.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers for system design and implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Resource Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables for utility systems.
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure the availability of critical resources.
- Negotiate contracts with utility service providers and suppliers.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present reports on utility performance, costs, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of energy usage, equipment performance, and maintenance schedules.
- Create contingency plans for utility system failures or emergencies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of utility systems like boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment plants, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze energy consumption and system performance data.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to address operational issues.
Project Management:
- Skills in planning, budgeting, and managing utility-related projects.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations related to utilities.
Leadership & Communication:
- Ability to manage and guide a team of technicians and operators.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-departmental collaboration.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensuring precision in monitoring and managing utility systems.
