You understand the best practices for native experiences and will bring them to our customers and development team. Key Responsibilities:
- You will help shape our digital customer experiences and ensure both are Web and Mobile app experiences align while working with senior stakeholders in the organization.
- You'll own the full design process, from initial research, competitor benchmarking, low to high fidelity wireframes, customer testing and QA with the development team.
- This role involves bringing new features as well as converting web experiences into native app functionality
- You’ll bring in UX best practices into your work and put the customer at the forefront of everything you do
- You’ll challenge the status quo and establish best practice design work processes
- You’ll use existing data to inform your designs and set benchmarks for success metrics
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of working in UX/UI design with experience in Flutter Mobile apps and responsive websites
- A portfolio of design work/case studies showing your way of working and the outcomes of your previous projects
- Mastery of the design process from ideation to full implementation
- Be comfortable with working with existing UI design patterns as well as creating new ones
- Experience working with analytics team to create, design and implement the vision
- Being proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop to adopt and contribute towards a design system
- Experience conducting both moderated and unmoderated research
- Ability to communicate and work with a design and development team
- Able to present work in a understandable format to different audiences within the business
- Be comfortable challenging the status quo and championing the customer
- Fluent in spoken and written English
