Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Graduate
- 1+ year of Tele Sales / Call Center experience
- Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong persuasion skills
- Pleasant voice, friendly attitude, energetic, sharp-minded, with good memory and personality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls
- Handle potential leads from the UAE
- Guide leads about services and processes
- Convert leads into paid clients
Compensation Package:
- Salary: Based on sales experience and skills
- Monthly commission
- Monthly target achievement rewards
- Full attendance allowance
