Responsible to implement whole cycle of purchasing. (Purchase requisition to Store).
Verify branches requisition and approve for transfer.
Verify local purchasing demand for UBM with sales or relevant departments and proceed. (To get in written demand).
Responsible to maintain the level of stock for warehouse ,branches and UBM.
Responsible for stock checking physically after every shipment/purchasing.
Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
To get samples from new vendors/suppliers and compare with competitors & investigate the current market value and price.
Responsible to take approval of sample from management.
Work with suppliers, manufactures and internal departments.
Build and maintain relationship with suppliers.
Negotiate lower pricing with suppliers.
Responsible to present reports of current suppliers, vendors regarding active & in active.
Search and source potential suppliers and vendors.
Work on costing and budgeting.
Responsible for petty cash closing in accounts department.
Responsible for team management and trainings.
Any other assignment asked by company.
