Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will be working in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for driving, negotiating with Distributors / customers on driving sales consistently ensuring S&OP implementation of launch/ relaunch/ brand & trade activities across the area. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire & motivate towards delivering high level of results with the ability to pro-actively drive differentiated actions to win in the marketplace by winning customer and operator.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure the achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area, leveraging a results-oriented mindset.
Develop and implement a comprehensive field sales plan for the assigned area, showcasing effective organizational and execution skills.
Proficiently manage distributors/customers and their operations, ensuring seamless execution of Channel Category and S&OP plans at Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets.
Provide quality and timely information while fostering a culture of adherence to all Company principles and policies. Additionally, demonstrate the ability to coach, motivate, and develop the distributor's direct sales force, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
