Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and experienced Faculty Members (Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors) across a variety of disciplines including Business Management, Computing, Business Administration, Accountancy, and other Management Programs. The successful applicants will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our students, conducting groundbreaking research, and fostering academic excellence within their respective fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver course material, lectures, and seminars for undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Engage in active research with a view to publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
Supervise and mentor students in their academic and research endeavors.
Participate in the development of academic curricula and program review.
Engage in departmental and university-wide committees and initiatives aimed at fostering academic and operational excellence.
Collaborate with local and international academic and industry partners to enhance the university's research and educational outreach.
Contribute to the university’s internationalization efforts and foster a global perspective among students.

Qualifications:

An MS and/or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution, preferably a foreign university.
A strong record of academic and research excellence.
Prior teaching experience at the university level, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to contribute to university service, including committee work, and community engagement.
