- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Update customers about new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telemarketing executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
