a. Perform electrical repairs in the offices, including lights.
b. Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
c. Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
d. Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
e. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
f. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
g. Maintain and repair air conditioning as required.
h. Identify and report the need for major repairs
