This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work carried out by the team members.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the team’s performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Should be able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Should be able to work night shifts as well.
