We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team in the Building Materials industry.

As a Boiler Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain boilers, ensuring their efficient operation and adherence to safety regulations. This is a crucial role in our production process, as the boiler system plays a vital role in delivering the necessary heat and steam for our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting boiler systems regularly, diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues or malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail and strong technical expertise will be essential to ensure that the boilers are functioning optimally at all times.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain boiler systems according to safety regulations and company standards
Monitor boiler operations, including gauges, meters, and computerized controls, to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating boilers, pumps, and other equipment
Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential issues or malfunctions
Troubleshoot boiler system problems and perform necessary repairs, such as replacing defective parts or adjusting controls
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and repairs performed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure uninterrupted boiler operations and efficient production processes
