PMO Executive

As a PMO Executive with a finance background, you will play a key role in supporting project management operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to track project financials, ensure effective budgeting, and maintain accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to managing project finances and operations.

Assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of project financials.
Monitor project budgets and provide financial analysis to support project decisions.
Prepare regular reports on project performance, budget adherence, and financial status.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and budget compliance.
Support resource allocation and assist in identifying financial risks within projects.
Maintain accurate and updated project documentation and financial records.
Provide insights on financial performance and support in achieving project milestones.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a project management or PMO environment.
Strong financial acumen with proficiency in budgeting, financial tracking, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
