We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Assistant Manager to support our growing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order processing and delivery schedules.
- Support the logistics team in organizing shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory data.
- Collaborate with the production team to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts.
- Assist in resolving supply chain issues and improving efficiency.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
