With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As Assistant Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to generate leads by promoting our services, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Design visually appealing ads and posts using tools like Canva to effectively communicate our value propositions and promotions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Write blog posts for the company website
- Maintain constant communication channels with clients via WhatsApp
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Following up with clients via phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1 year) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on social media advertising and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
- Hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
