We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting customer acquisition and retention strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of leads through direct sales outreach (cold calling, emails, networking).
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings, present company products and services, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create customized solutions for clients.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the creation, development, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and digital advertising (Google Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Develop promotional materials (brochures, email campaigns, and website content) to support brand recognition and customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve sales and marketing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales and marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry (or a similar industry) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
