- Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure seamless execution of tasks and efficient resource utilization for the financing origination and servicing-related tasks.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure operational performance.
- Communication and coordination with the relevant departments and vendors (Lawyers, verification agents, valuators, etc) to ensure Applications are processed within the defined TAT’s.
- Design, implement, and manage operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.
- Streamline operations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and provide coaching and guidance to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Ensure the departmental SOP’s are documented and updated when required.
- Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to address any operational compliance issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, working with the Partnerships team when negotiating contracts and service-level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative solutions and systems for operational efficiency.
- Support in the testing and roll-out of new technology features.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy in all operational systems and processes.
