We are looking for an Experienced Travel Agent for our UK-based travel agency located in Lahore.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English is required
Inbound Campaign
Minimum Education is Inter.
Office Based Job

Agents will be responsible to take flight inquiries of clients over the phone, finding the best possible flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsible of all the agents.

Responsibilities:

Agents will be responsible for taking flight inquiries of clients over the phone, finding the best possible flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsible of all the agents.
Collect deposits and balances
Use follow-up, and promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell best and client-suited air tickets.
Handle unforeseen problems, and multitask travel queries on the basis of urgency and complaints.
Sharp-minded, Hard and smart worker.
Should be able to do multi task and Team man.
Can Build relationship with customer based on trust and service credibility.
Paid training will be given to freshers for 3 weeks.
