Manage all control room procedures in line with the codes of practice, Supervise Security officers to ensure that company procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
Support and provide guidance to another site-based center staff.
Continuous management and monitoring of systems and associated specialist security equipment.
Diligent management and maintenance of records/reference materials including Health & Safety records, Incident Forms, and the site occurrence book Ensuring strict compliance to the Data Protection.
Act and associated regulations. Manage and monitor all access control systems. Continual management and monitoring / policing of site radio systems.
Intelligent understanding of human behavior, monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals logging and reporting incidents inline with site/company policies.
Controlling and prioritizing incidents ensuring all key personnel are kept fully informed at all times and agreed on escalation procedures are followed.
