Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a solid accounting background, ERP deployment experience, and a passion for customer success, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Deployment and Implementation:

Oversee end-to-end deployment of TradeUnleashed ERP for retail and eCommerce clients, including account setup, inventory management, order processing, and financial modules.
Customize workflows to suit client-specific business needs.

2. Accounting and Financial Setup:

Configure financial modules, including Chart of Accounts, inventory valuation, and sales tax structures.
Ensure seamless migration of financial data and accurate reporting post-implementation.

3. Customer Training and Support:

Provide post-sales training to clients on using the ERP system effectively.
Act as a point of contact for customer queries during and after deployment.

4. Cross-Department Coordination:

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, such as Shopify, couriers, and payment gateways.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between pre-sales promises and post-sales delivery.

5. Continuous Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in deployment workflows and suggest improvements for faster implementation.
Stay updated on ERP trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in deploying ERP systems, preferably in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in inventory management, order processing, and logistics workflows.
