Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare and explain repair estimates to customers.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a customer service role is preferred but not required.
