Recovery Field Officer

Toyota Walton Motors is a premier automotive dealership renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Field Officer to join our team and manage field recovery operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to follow up on overdue payments.
Negotiate repayment plans with clients face-to-face.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to non-payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field recovery activities.
Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Prepare regular reports on the status of collections and outstanding debts.
Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines and procedures for debt collection.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recovery Field Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field visits.
