Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled industrial mechanic to join our team and contribute to the maintenance, repair, and optimization of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with industrial machinery

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

2. Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and production lines.

3. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment efficiency.

4. Follow maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and disruptions to production.

5. Perform inspections and testing of machinery components to identify wear and potential failure risks.

6. Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.

7. Adhere to safety protocols, equipment guidelines, and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

(Diploma in Mechanic)

1. Proven experience as an industrial mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

2. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with industrial machinery and equipment.
