The Zoho CRM & Process Management Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Zoho & Process using CRM and process management system to meet the organization's needs. This role involves configuring the CRM, developing custom solutions, training users, and ensuring the CRM aligns with business processes. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM and the process created supports business goals and enhances customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Process Creation & Management:

  • Create, implement and optimize processes.
  • Ensure efficiency of business processes and create and implement changes or improvements where necessary.
  • Utilize and learn advance tools and techniques to understand, analyze and assess process performance.
  • Define critical metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of business processes.

CRM Management:

  • Administer and maintain the Zoho CRM system.
  • Configure and customize Zoho CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with the latest features and updates from Zoho.

Customization and Development:

  • Develop custom modules, fields, and layouts within CRM.
  • Create and manage workflows, automation rules, and blueprints.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM & Process Management System with other business systems and third-party applications.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and migrations.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho CRM users.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for CRM and processes.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within CRM.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Monitor CRM usage and adoption, and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve CRM processes.
  • Implement best practices for CRM usage and data management.

Project Management:

  • Manage CRM-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) working with Zoho CRM & Process Management System or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in CRM administration, customization, and support.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM & Process Management System.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language), JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and third-party applications.
