We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive with a focus on leads handling. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by the company.
- Build rapport with leads to establish trust and credibility.
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to keep them engaged.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to communicate the value of our offerings.
- Address and overcome objections raised by potential customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights from lead interactions.
- Provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, call metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with the industry and products/services is a plus.
