We are seeking an experienced Import / Export Manager to oversee and manage the entire logistics and shipping process, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all import and export operations, including shipping documentation, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export/import laws, and customs procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments like sales, production, and warehousing to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
Analyze shipping options and optimize costs while ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and handle all documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, and inspection certificates.
Prepare and review monthly reports on the import/export performance.
Keep up-to-date with changing regulations, tariffs, and industry standards.
Manage and resolve any disputes related to shipments, delays, or transportation issues.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and freight forwarders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and trade compliance.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English
