1. Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned technical staff of their arrival
  2. Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
  3. Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  4. Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
  5. Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  6. Inform clients about new services and discounts
  7. Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
  8. Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  9. Manage our call center
  10. Maintain a tidy reception area
  11. The Work Timings will be from 10 00am till 8 00pm ( One Day off during the Week Days )
