We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our software solutions. Your primary focus will be on POS systems, trading software, accounting software, and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients, addressing their business needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in software solutions, POS, trading, accounting, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and the specific needs of businesses in retail, wholesale, and trade sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
