Frontend Developer

TMRC is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly web applications using modern technologies and best practices. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web development and collaborate effectively with other team members. As a key player, you will manage a team of 8 talented individuals, guiding them in project execution and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve exceptional results. You will utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js and Next.js to create seamless, responsive interfaces that meet our users' needs.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Implement user interface components using React.js and Next.js, maintaining clean and well-documented code.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional web applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects.
Lead a team of 8 developers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance application functionality.
Implement version control practices using Git and manage repository workflows on GitHub.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the use of best practices in frontend development.
Monitor application performance post-deployment and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback.
