A US Freight Brokerage Company Located in Karachi near Gymkhana is looking for Online Sales Executives
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a clear American accent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment (preferable)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Build rapport and trust with clients to drive sales and revenue growth
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
