Requirement：

1. At least 5 years of senior management of business experience；

2. Must be in the PICG database;

3. Professional experience and knowledge in banking, collective investment schemes, accounting, legal, internal audit or information technology;

4. Understand the digital financing process and structure;

5. Good communication abilities;

6. Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities：

1. Play the role of director on behalf of the company shareholder;

2. Deal with matters related to SECP, FBR and other departments;

3. Routine management of the company;

4. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics;

5. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements;

6. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth；

7. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
