Umrah Consultant

As an Umrah Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel arrangements for clients who are planning their Umrah trips. This will include providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, assisting with customer service inquiries, and making reservations.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
Must know the basics of Galileo/Sabre (GDSs)
Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel requirements and procedures
Experience in handling travel arrangements
Customer Service skills
Experience in making reservations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Umrah travel requirements and procedures
All levels (beginning, intermediate, advanced) in English
Arabic language is a plus
