We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate cold calls and engage potential clients, introducing them to our suite of digital services and setting up appointments for further discussions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales manager to discuss detailed service offerings.
  • Maintain and update accurate and detailed information on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of outbound strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the digital services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
