Operations Executive / Documentation Specialist - Sea / Air Freight

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Expertise: Thorough knowledge of air freight and sea freight operations. Hands-on gateway operation of Import and Export.
Documentation Expertise: Prepare and manage all aspects of Sea/Air freight documentation, AWBs and Bill of Ladings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Liaison with Shipping Lines & Airline: Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping line representatives, coordinating bookings, schedules, and addressing operational issues effectively.
Client Communication: Provide exceptional communication support to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth cargo flow.
Process Efficiency: Streamline documentation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Sea/Air freight documentation and liaison with shipping lines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
